NoFreeLunchThe USDA’s Universal Free Meal Program is NOT being extended for 2022-2023.

As such, students will be charged for meals according to their free/reduced/full pay lunch benefit status as long as a current application is on file.

It is VERY important that families apply for Free & Reduced Lunch benefits for 2022-2023 using the online or paper applications in order to receive the lunch benefit. Please help us spread the word!

All New England Honors Band Festival

BandKids

Four Kennett High School students were accepted and performed in the All New England Honors Band Festival at Plymouth State University on Monday, November 21, 2022. They spent the day working on college-level music with Dr. Daniel D'Addio, Director of Band and Professor of Music Emeritus at Central Connecticut State University, and Dr. Jared Staub, current Director of Band at PSU and former Director of Band at Grand Rapids Community College. Congratulations!

NH Tackles Hunger

This year Kennett collected 1,100 food items and $2,800 was donated to NH Tackles Hunger. Items were delivered to the Vaughan Community Center and End 68 Hours of Hunger. The KHS Girls Soccer team had the most donations per player! Thank you to all who participated or donated! "...[The] best totals in my eight years as Athletic Director." - Neal Weaver

CAST/UNH Outdoor Recreation Project: Youth Survey

Virginia Schrader, Director of MWV Career & Technical Center, is working with the University of New Hampshire to recruit youth for a research survey about participation in outdoor activities.
